Carrie Long is a passionate wildlife rehabilitator at Texas Fawn and Friends, and she has seen many amazing animal rescue stories. However, one story that really stands out is about a baby raccoon named Jasper and a young deer named Hope.
Jasper was just a 3-week-old orphan when he was discovered all alone during a heavy rainstorm, and no one knew what would happen to him. But, thanks to Carrie’s loving care, Jasper not only survived but also grew strong and healthy.
Jasper And Hope
She had no idea how much Jasper would change everything and how kind he really was. While living in the sanctuary, Jasper became best friends with Hope, another orphan who had lost her mother.
Whenever Jasper sees Hope, he gets super excited! He runs over to her, gives her kisses, and wraps his little arms around her in a sweet hug.
They Hug Like Good Old Friends
On the other hand, Hope, who is bigger than Jasper, doesn’t mind his playful behavior at all. She enjoys being his personal playground, letting him climb on her and cuddle up next to her.
Luckily, their touching story and playful moments were caught on video, and have warmed the hearts of many people.
Jasper Loves Climbing Hope’s Back
Now, after witnessing all of this, Carrie is committed to rescuing and caring for orphaned animals. Recently, she helped over 100 fawns, making sure they get the love and support they need to grow.
I believe Carrie is an incredible person because she works so hard to save and care for orphaned animals. Her kindness and skills have helped many animals get a new chance to live happily.
And Hope Doesn’t Seem To Mind
But, Jasper is also an extraordinary animal. After feeling the sadness of being left alone, he naturally knew how to be a source of comfort and friendship for Hope. He’s so kind!
