In a recent incident that shook the world, an unnamed twenty-three-year-old man was seen casually strolling inside a bear enclosure in his local zoo.
The young man, believed to be drunk, was distracted by his phone and unaware of his dangerous surroundings.
Suddenly, Sabina, a bear formerly used in circus performances, approached him from behind, drawn by the unusual presence in her habitat.
Upon noticing Sabina, the man panicked and leapt into a pool in a desperate attempt to escape.
The bear watched him from the edge of her artificial island, following him as he frantically tried to swim away.
Once she decided she had enough of their little ‘game’, Sabina jumped into the pool, and the two of them began to wrestle.
Despite Sabina’s biological advantage, the young man somehow managed to overpower her. He gripped her ears tightly and kept her head under the water.
Eventually, he released her, and they both swam away in opposite directions.

The incident, which initially went viral on the X platform (formerly Twitter), drew horrified reactions from viewers.
One person, appalled, commented:
“What a complete idiot. The guy shouldn’t drink if he does sh*t like that. I feel sorry for the animal.”
Another observed:
“The bear was trying to save him from drowning. It never wanted to harm him. The body language was very clear, also its actions. It was quite a healthy and active bear capable of doing fatal harm to him but it didn’t.”
The man was subsequently rescued by firefighters and taken into custody where he faced charges of disturbing the peace and animal cruelty.
He was fined between £1,000 and £6,000 and sentenced to 20 hours of community service per month.
The man, whose name was not disclosed, also pledged to stop drinking alcohol – a promise that, if broken, could next time endanger his life.
